Argument: string

Explanation: The argument is a phrase, a text string. The trigger is activated whenever the phrase is contained in the act() message. It will trigger on anything that happens in the room and matches the string pattern you added. It can be used for a lot of things. Do note that when adding it and you want to trigger on a line instead of one word, you have to place the string between quotation marks.

Also note that emotes will NOT trigger this.

Argument '*' will match any act.

Example: Addmp 1000 act ‘sits down.’ This will trigger when someone sits down in the room.
