GREET and GRALL (greet all)

Explanation: Both GREET and GRALL have a percentile chance as an argument, like RANDOM. They are both triggered when someone enters the room. The difference is that a GREET trigger only triggers when the mob actually sees the person enter, so a sneaking person wouldn’t be greeted, and if the mob can’t see invis, it won’t greet invis persons neither. GRALL always triggers, even if the mob can’t see the person.

Example: “Addmp 1000 grall 75” Has a 75% chance to trigger when someone enters the room, even if the mob can’t see the person.
